This project, designed for Hassan Koya, an expatriate living in the UAE, is a beautiful blend of contemporary design and Arabic villa aesthetics. Located in Chettipadi, this home stands out with its unique architectural style, which draws heavy inspiration from the villas typically seen in Gulf countries. From the exterior façade to the compound wall, every element reflects the charm and grandeur of Arabic architecture, providing a distinctive fusion design that merges the traditional and the modern.
The residence consists of four bedrooms, with three thoughtfully placed on the ground floor to ensure ease of access and comfort for family living. A single bedroom is located on the first floor, offering a private and serene space within the home. The interiors of the house also follow the Gulf-inspired design approach, blending modern functionality with a luxurious, Arab-influenced aesthetic.
This project has been widely introduced as the “Arabic Villa,” and it played a crucial role in expanding our portfolio, especially in Tamil Nadu, where we have since completed several similar projects. The house successfully combines the Arabic villa style with the preferences of the local Tamil community, offering a residence that is both culturally rich and visually striking.
